Pulled over?
Tap once.
We video-record the stop and give you live tips on your rights while it happens.
Safety first
- • Start recording before the officer reaches you. Then leave the phone mounted or on the dash.
- • Keep your hands visible. Never reach for your phone suddenly or argue about filming.
- • Say calmly: “I am recording this stop.” Some states need everyone's consent to record audio.
- • Follow lawful orders. If told to stop filming, comply and challenge it later with a lawyer.
Your privacy
- • Video is saved on your phone. Without trusted contacts, we don't upload or keep it.
- • With live tips on, short audio clips go to our AI to write tips. They're not saved.
- • If you're signed in, online, and set up trusted contacts: when you start, each contact gets an alert email with a map link to your location (only when your phone can share it). When you stop, the video uploads privately and each contact gets a private link to watch it. Audio-only stops send no file.
- • Those links keep working until you delete the stop in Trusted contacts — deleting the stop removes their access immediately. Removing a contact also stops their access to future stops.
- • Stop notes stay on this device.
Without internet
Still works: this safety guide, the record button, video and audio recording, saving stop details, and downloading your recording.
Needs internet: live AI tips, the attorney directory, sending requests, and signing in.
Open the app once while online so your phone saves a copy.
- • Stay calm. Keep your hands where the officer can see them.
- • Show license, registration and insurance when asked.
- • You may stay silent: “I choose to remain silent.”
